On August 27, 2024, Sheriff’s Office West County Special Enforcement Unit (WC-SEU) detectives arrested Abram Chavez Ortiz and Betzayra Rios Valencia after conducting an investigation reference a firearm brandishing that occurred in Oak View in mid-August.
