Within the perimeters of Lynn Rd., NORTH of Potrero Rd., west of Westlake Blvd., and south of Highway 101.
Gated communities SOUTH of Potrero Rd. are still under mandatory evacuations.
There may be sporadic utility outages, so residents are asked to exercise caution when returning to their residences.
