During the month of December 2022, Sheriff’s Gang Unit (SGU) detectives began an investigation into Cesar Guerrero related to illegal firearms. During the investigation, detectives learned Guerrero is a convicted felon and on Ventura County Post Release Offender Status (PROS) with a criminal history that prohibits him for owning or possessing firearms and ammunition.
