On February 9, 2023, Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Street Team, in collaboration with the Culver City Crime Impact Team, concluded a lengthy investigation into Kevin Mulvihill. Mulvihill was identified as a supplier of fentanyl and methamphetamine to residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
