On 7/18/2024, deputies working patrol in the city of Camarillo arrested Louie Ayala, a probationer with a felony warrant for violation of his probation. During the arrest, Ayala resisted deputies and attempted to flee on foot. Ayala was found to be in possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute them and he possessed an unregistered short barrel rifle containing armor piercing bullets.
