Now that school is back in session, we see more children enjoying the outdoors by riding their bicycles, scooters, and skateboards. The Fillmore Citizen’s Patrol has come together to host a “Bicycle Safety Rodeo Community Event.” The goal is to provide safety tips and opportunities to learn how to be a safer rider.
