At about 9:48 PM, patrol deputies from the Fillmore Station responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon that had just occurred in the 19000 block of Telegraph Road located in the unincorporated area east of Santa Paula. Arriving deputies spoke with reporting parties and confirmed an assault with a deadly weapon had occurred when the suspect intentionally used his vehicle to ram another vehicle containing two adults and two children.
