Fillmore – Tobacco Products Decoy Sting Operation Results in Arrest

On March 9th, 2023, members of the Fillmore Police Department conducted tobacco stings, using an underage decoy, in an attempt to purchase tobacco products at retail establishments in the city of Fillmore and surrounding area.
