Carry a Concealed Weapon (CCW)

The Sheriff, upon proof that the person applying is not a disqualified person, as determined in accordance with the standards set forth in Cal. Penal Code § 26202, that the applicant is at least 21 years of age and satisfies residency or business location requirements and has completed a course of training (as set forth in this policy) may issue to that person a carry concealed weapons license (CCW).
