On April 4th and 7th of 2025, multiple incidents of gang graffiti vandalism occurred in the 1600 block of W. Hillcrest Drive in the City of Thousand Oaks. The vandalism, which occurred on walls of private apartment buildings resulted in over $2,000.00 in property damage.
