Ventura County – Graffiti Investigation Leads to Recovery of Multiple Firearms & Narcotics

On September 20, 2022, Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters Patrol deputies arrested Carlos Apodaca, Alexis Munoz, and Alissa Tejada for various charges, including felony evading, felony firearm violations, street terrorism, and conspiracy to commit a crime during a graffiti vandalism investigation in the unincorporated area of Ventura known as Saticoy.
