The Ventura County Fentanyl and Overdose Crimes Units (VC FOCUS) concluded an investigation with the arrest of Ronald Joseph who was responsible for selling counterfeit Oxycodone “M-30” pharmaceutical pills containing fentanyl to Ventura County residents.
