Ventura County – Suspect Arrested for a Variety Of Child Crimes

On 1-25-23, Major Crimes Sexual Assault Detectives began an investigation involving a female juvenile victim and (S) Kevin Rojas.  The juvenile victim and Rojas were co-workers at a local Thousand Oaks restaurant and began having an intimate sexual relationship that included a variety of sexual acts.  Rojas video recorded some of the sexual activity and later sent the videos to the juvenile victim.  In addition, Rojas supplied the juvenile victim with methamphetamine on several occasions.  Please click the following link for more details: https://local.nixle.com/alert/9962617/
